in the the second adventure in the Briny Mire/Swamp Pirate Trilogy, the characters tread deeper into the saltwater swamp, the Briny Mire. They have been tasked with rescuing a Merchant's daughter, Marcelene Roberts, who is part of a caravan of merchants abducted by the pirates. Clues from the outpost now lead them to an encounter with a terrible creature known as a Bunyip and the strange species of frogs that live in fear of it.
