Support The Place

Folks have asked for ways to support The Fourth Place between buying drinks, snacks, or Day Passes, and the commitment of a Membership.

Think of this as your totally optional recurring Pledge (like Public Radio), something like a Patreon membership, or an ongoing Tip to keep the Place healthy.

As a Supporter you will get:

• Gratitude for supporting The Place and our mission
• Special role on our Discord
• Access to Members' Wi-Fi

• Extra coupons to give your friends and family
  
• Occasional surprises extended to Friends (Supporters and Members)

Support does not come with the benefits of Membership. Contribution is not a tax deductible donation.

How much does support help? A whole lot. Let's see the napkin math:

• At $15 per month: 1,000 supporters plus 100 members would fund everything
  • 20 would cover our internet
  • 40 would cover electricity
    
  • 400 would cover our rent
• At $19 per month: 200 supporters would pay a full time host's paycheck
• At $9 per week: 125 supporters would pay Ian a living wage
• If all of our regulars Supported at $59 per month, that would fund everything
• At $4 per week: 300 supporters would counteract the winter slump
• If everyone on our Discord Supported at $9 per week, we'd be fully funded
• If everyone on our Facebook Supported at $6 per month, we'd be fully funded
