MAKE YOURSELF A HERO/VILLAIN is written and illustrated by artist Nicholas Forker, who developed it over many years of teaching drawing to kids. His students go nuts for it. He swears they prefer it over iPads.
The basic mechanic is simple: using a random number generator—preferably a D20 die—you roll a number on each page to get a different character trait. After ten pages of prompts, you have a unique character. You can create and draw as many characters as you'd like!
