This Registration form will allow you to confirm and reserve your kid's space(s) in the Spring 2025 season (mid-April to mid-June) of our After School D&D Club!
LAST MINUTE OPENINGS: This form is still open for very limited spaces in two sessions! If we get a few more sign-ups, we can run a Tuesday group (3:30 to 5:30 pm), and there is one space left in our Thursday group (3:30 to 5:30 pm). These spots are first-come, first serve, and schedules will be finalized soon, so sign up ASAP and definitely by Monday March 24.
There will be a limited number of seats available. Priority for spaces in the program, and each session, are based on when your Reservation (this form) is received. We prioritize everyone getting a space. The earlier you sign-up, the more likely you are to get your first choice. The later you sign-up, the more possible it becomes that we won't be able to find a place. Students in the previous season get priority to remain in the same group, if they are still available on the same day.

Winter Season Details:
- Register by March 17
- Start week of April 21
- Season Ends June 13
- From the week after RMS April Break through the last full week of school
- Standard Price $40 per week
- Member Price: $29 (current members, or second club in same season)
- Two Sessions per Week for $69 ($58 for Members)
- 7 weeks, one two hour session per week
Important Note on Absences:
Frequent absences are disruptive for your child, the game master, and the rest of the kids in the group, so I'm going to be as direct as possible: Do not sign up for this activity if you plan to double book.
We know that emergencies, illnesses, and unexpected events occur, and we don't expect every kid to make it to every session. One or two absences per kid is perfectly normal, and expected.
Please ensure you only sign up your child for a day and time when they will be consistently available. It will be easier on your child, and others in their group, for them to miss an entire season, or choose a different day of the week. Kids who skip a season will still get priority to rejoin their group from an earlier season.
