Because we don't have enough sign-ups to run a summer-long Day Camp for Summer 2024, we're looking to offer a greater variety of youth programming options over the summer.

That means we need to hear from you— so we can build our summer programs around the scheduling you need and the activities your kids will love!

Specifically, each family (one parent or guardian per kid) of an Upper Valley youth in grade 6 through 11 in the school year ending June 2024 who completes this survey by Tues. May 14, 2024 will receive a $25 gift card from The Fourth Place and a code for $25 off one youth program registration this year.
